JP is an experience director running a bicoastal product design team at Free Association, currently embedded at Nest working with e-commerce, enterprise and other teams. Formally an experience lead at brand innovation startup agency Junior, JP has worked on a wide range of business problems for various clients including Absolut, Adidas, Airbnb, Apple, AT&T, Audi, Best Buy, Beats by Dre, Coca Cola, DIRECTV, eBay, Fitbit, Gap, Golden State Warriors, HP, IBM, Kodak, Levi's, Netflix, NFL. JP started his career in financial services before forging a new path in design. This gives him a uniquely measured perspective that includes UX, design thinking and business strategy.

Originally from Montreal via Philadelphia, JP was drawn to the creativity, culture and nature of the Bay Area and he calls San Francisco his home.
